The financial intermediaries we work with are primarily community banks, insurance companies, and private equity/venture capital funds and their portfolio companies.Our Core Functions consist of:
- Raising Capital: Equity or non-bank debt placements.
- Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory: Advising companies on buying, selling, or merging with another business.
- Strategic Financial Advice: Offering guidance on debt restructuring, risk management, and other complex financial decisions.
- Providing Structuring and Placement Services for Federal and State Tax Credits: Providing non-dilutive capital sources and products to implement tax reduction strategies for our clients.
The Department is responsible for the regulation of consumer credit sales and consumer loans in the State of Oklahoma. The Department is also responsible for the licensing and regulation of mortgage brokers, mortgage lenders, mortgage loan originators, pawnshops, Oklahoma small lenders, rental purchase lessors, health spa contracts, credit service organizations, consumer litigation funders, and precious metal and gem dealers.
As a partner for growth and expansion, the Oklahoma Finance Authorities serves the capital needs for industrial businesses, higher education, public infrastructure, and healthcare throughout the state of Oklahoma. The OFA partners with community banks, economic developers, the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, and many others to provide various financing programs including taxable and tax‐exempt commercial loans, taxable and tax‐exempt bonds, and state of Oklahoma economic development incentives.
