CATALYZER, Inc. is a Kansas-based, Veteran-owned leadership development consultancy focused on individual, team, and organizational growth. Since our first partnership, a community bank in Minerva, Ohio, Catalyzer continues to provide (1) tailored leadership development programs, (2) one-on-one coaching for individuals at all seniority levels, (3) support to people- and organizational-focused initiatives (i.e., strategic planning, learning and development strategies, recruiting/retention campaigns, etc.), and (4) thought leadership via a busy keynote-speaking schedule. As of early 2026, Catalyzer has worked directly with 10 state community banking associations, directly with 11 separate community banks, and with two national groups focused on community banking. Our 648 programs have supported individual and team development for nearly 19,000 professionals across diverse industries, from community banking to law enforcement to manufacturing.
