We have important news to share about our upcoming CBAO Hill Visits in conjunction with the ICBA Capital Summit: The summit is now scheduled for April 29 - May 1 at the Grand Hyatt Washington—a week earlier than previously planned. The official ICBA event hotel has changed from The Westin to the Grand Hyatt Washington. For additional hotel information and to book your stay, please reference the hotel information below.
With Congress in the process of changing its calendar so that it will be in recess the week of May 4, the summit schedule change ensures community bankers can maximize our policy impact during the summit. In short, this quick shift allows us to meet the moment.
The CBAO Dinner will be on Wednesday evening, April 29th, and the hill visits will take place on Thursday, April 30th. Full ICBA schedule is available here.

- ICBA Room Rate: $364/night plus taxes (includes $10/night destination fee)
- Note: Room availability within the block for early arrivals or late departures is limited.
Guests Who Booked at The Westin
- If you booked a room at The Westin through ICBA’s official room block, no action is required. All reservations made within the ICBA room block will be automatically canceled by The Westin.
- If The Westin has an email address on file for you (via a hotel rewards account or otherwise), you will receive a cancellation confirmation email directly from the hotel.
- If you made a reservation at The Westin outside of ICBA’s official room block, you are responsible for canceling that reservation directly with the hotel.
