Teladoc gives you and your employees 24/7/365 access to U.S. board-certified doctors through the convenience of phone, video, or mobile app visits. It’s an affordable alternative to costly urgent care and ER visits when care is needed now. Teladoc is an employer-sponsored benefit.

When can my employees use Teladoc?
Teladoc does not replace your employees’ primary care physician or your health plan. It is a convenient and affordable option for quality care.

• On vacation, on a business trip, or away from home
• For short-term prescription refills
What does it cost?
Basic Plan $4.00 per employee per month
$45 co-pay per visit
The employee would pay Teladoc $45 for each phone or video visit.
Plus Plan $5.00 per employee per month
$25 co-pay per visit
The employee would pay Teladoc $25 for each phone or video visit.
Premium Plan $6.00 per employee per month
$0 co-pay per visit
The employee would pay Teladoc $0 for each phone or video visit.
